Will washing my bras more often help with my chest and back acne?
I generally wash them after a few uses and I’ve always had terrible acne on my chest/back, will this help do you think?
Do you know of any other solutions to my acne? I currently don’t use anything, I used to use benzaclin but it never did much.

I have the same problem. switch to a moistuizer wash first, and keep cleaning your bras after one use i do after two, because I dont have many, but if you can do it, go for it.

My experience with bras has been purely on the observational end. Now using these observations as a starting point I was just wondering, do you carry your purse across your shoulder? Many women do and they will ride on your back in about the same position as you bras straps.
One of the causes of acne is irritation. If you do a lot of walking then you could be getting some irritation from your purse swinging.
The purse would also cause a warm spot and induce more sweating and oil production.
You may be mildly allergic to the detergent you use to wash your bras, maybe change brands just to see.
So maybe it’s not just the bra alone. It could be a combination of things.
