I have a greasy complexion, and that in addition to stress, it has taken a toll on my skin. Is there an acne treatment that you have used that has actually worked for you?

Proactiv really works, you have to be consistent with it though. I personally love it. it can be kind of drying but since you said you have oily skin it would probably be perfect for you.
Proactive DID work for me, I also got a oil remover that kept my face not greasy. :3
I have found that the Avon Acne System has worked the best for me I use the face wash and the creams they help a lot. I also use astringent on a daily basis to help with black heads.
I have oily skin too. I use clean and clear pom. Face wash with strawberry seeds in it then I use make up that helps to clear acne and a clear powder make up over that to obsorb the grease. You could also get those grease wipes to help with your face when your out.

don’t use proactiv. i did. now i am blind in one eye and cant smell. you’re probably better off rubbing butter or mayonnaise on your face.
Try stridex acne pads it works really well for me its gone in a couple of days.
