What is the best way to get rid of back acne?
I have back acne, which is acne on your back, how can I get rid of it. I have used benzyl peroxide and so on, does not work that well.
And also, how do you exfoliate your skin?

i’m not joking when i say that you should try exfoliating your skin and afterwards rubb some of your piss (again, i’m not joking on your back) on your back. stay 20 minutes lying on your front and afterwards take a hot shower.
If you have hair that touches your back, it could be putting natural oils and residues from your hair products on your back. Try keeping your hair off your back or don’t use so many hair products. Also, you could try clipping your hair up after your done washing it in the shower, wash your back last, and then throw a t-shirt on that covers your back before letting your hair down.
If you don’t have hair that touches your back, you probably either haven’t given your back the two months with the product you’re using to see if it even works or you’re just not giving your back the cleansing moisturizing balance it needs. Benzyl peroxide alone will not get rid of your acne.
acne is caused by to much testosterone anyways, processed sugar (in all processed foods) exsasperates the sebum production. fresh fruit nuts fish real butter and organic eggs clean sheets every night and lots of Vitamin C with rutin, work out till it hurts, fresh water and lots of sauna time and you’ll be a god at the beach.
benzaclin is a prescription from the doctor it works extremely well on acne anywhere on your body
use lemon juice to get rid of inflammation and pain. Extract the juice of a medium sized lemon, then dip a cotton ball into the lotion and rub the acne with it. Leave the juice on for overnight and rinse it off with cold water in the morning.
My brother gets ance in the back and my mother treated it with homeopathy.
Kalium bromatum C6 or CH9: for acne that is itchy, stinging not only on the face but on the chest and shoulder and back.
She actually used this below website ( this page) and we are using it for our everyday issues. It is helpful.
Scrubbing your back you need a hand, someone should do it for you. My mom did it for my brother, he is 15, and used a scrub they suggest on this page, please have a look yourself.
I also struggled with back acne. Here’s what has helped me:
First, make sure you cleanse at least once a day. Don’t overdo it here (sometimes people shower more often thinking they’ll get rid of the acne by washing it away – you can actually make things worse if you strip away too much of your natural oils because your skin will respond with making more oil – causing more acne.) If, however, you sweat a lot, you may want to wash your skin again (even it it’s just with a wash cloth) – for instance, after playing sports, etc. Wash with a cleanser that YOUR skin responds to. But, do not choose a cleanser that has alcohol in it (as this also causes your skin to dry out and cause more acne).
Second, I also use this method on a daily basis:
a water / vinegar solution 1:1 ratio Put it in a spray bottle and spray the problem areas at night before you go to bed then shower in the morning. If you normally shower at night, go ahead and still spray it. The "vinegary" smell should dissipate but you may still want to wash off with a wash cloth in the morning. This can be very helpful for your back.
Lastly, I would also exfoliate on a regular basis. Exfoliating your skin will help remove dead skin cells that get trapped because of too much sebum (oil) on your skin – causing pores to get clogged…thus forming acne. I expect you have oily skin. With oily skin, you should exfoliate 3-5 per week. (If you have dry or sensitive skin, only once per week; Normal skin would be everyday.)
One last thing…regarding benzoyl peroxide: In order to get good results (for most people) is to use it on a consistent basis. Usually a 2.5% concentration works for most people if you use it daily. However, for back acne, this is hard to do because it will bleach clothes and hair. I think it works quite well for acne but I don’t use it for my back. Instead, I use the water / vinegar solution I mentioned above.
Be as consistent as possible with your skin care regimen and you should be able to keep your back acne at bay. I hope this helps you!!
