what is the best way to get rid of adult acne?
I have started having breakouts again (had them as a teenager) now 32 and breaking out again! I hate it, what is the best product/method that you could reccomend, thanks in advance for your help!

MAke sure your face is clean before you go to sleep at night. Also, it is important not to use face creams that clog pores and cause acne.
Use an oil free deep cleaning acne wash (like neutrogena). Once in the morning and once at night.
First, splash warm water on your face- the heat of the water will open your pores.
Massage the face wash in your hands and rub thoroughly over your face in circular motions. Make sure you clean your entire face… forehead, temples, cheeks, nose, chin, and under your jaw.
Rinse off the face wash while still rubbing it lightly into your skin.
Once all the face wash is off, turn the water as cold as you can get it and rinse off your face with cold water- this will shrink your pores quickly, preventing you for getting infections during the day.
This should help you… but try it for 2 weeks without fail. If you still have acne problems, you can try swabbing on astringens after you wash your face. Doing that can lead to drying skin. You would need to buy a facial lotion (aveeno has a good one)
If that doesn’t work after a couple more weeks, I would consult a dermatologist.
