I tried clinique, and it hides it a little but the pimples are still there. The neutrogena wave works but after is makes my skin very itchy and dry. What do you think is the best acne treatment?

first,get some aspirin and crush it.
get a few drops of visine ,however you spell it.
mix it with the aspirin until its a paste consistency
put it on your pimple.
wait for it to dry.
wash it off.
