What is a good way to get rid of back acne?
I have bad back acne and have been using the Pro Active body wash for the past month, but it hasn’t been helping. What is a good remedy to cure it?

Getting rid of acne can be one of the hardest things to accomplish. It can appear out of nowhere, for no particular reason whatsoever. Worse, most of the advertised products fail to properly work, leading to even more frustration and confusion in the mind of the average acne sufferer.
Mr X Acne is among the latest products that try to solve the acne riddle. Rather than selling you an expensive and overhyped cream or lotion, Mr X Acne tells you about the causes and cures of acne. It is an eBook filled with tons of remedies that will help you kick acne out of your system.
When dealing with acne, it is important to realize that there is no hidden secret to curing this skin problem. Arm yourself with the right information, and you will find a viable solution to it. It is in this respect that Mr X Acne really shines.
For one, the program is created by a former acne patient, not some doctor who has never had a sore pop out on his face. Hence, in the author, you will find a sympathetic listener who will understand what you are going through. The remedies given in this book are quite straightforward and easy to implement, and will require very little investment (in terms of time as well as money).

The skin on your back is different from the skin on your face. So if you find the Pro Active face wash working, but not the body wash, you may need to get something that is more powerful. I would definitely go see a Dermatologist. They will get you either a better body wash, a cream that will control the acne, or put you on some sort of anti-biotic to clear it all up.
In the meantime, make sure that your hair is off of your back (keep it in a ponytail or bun, especially if you are wearing a tank top or the like).
Try switching your shampoo or conditioner, too, the chemicals in them could be part of the problem with your back acne. I’m not saying that’s for sure, but might as well switch it up to see.
Make sure you don’t over scrub or wash – it really will just make it worse.
But all in all, a visit to the Dermatologist is your best bet. Good Luck
i used astringent every night on my back and had my mom put cream on the acne. kinda gross but it was worth it.
go get a bottle of calamine lotion, cheap, done.
I completely understand where you are coming from! I had terrible back acne from when I was 13 until I was 19. The solution? APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. I know it sounds crazy, but it REALLY works. I put some on a cotton pad and rub it on my chest, shoulders, and back before a shower. I let it sit for a minute and then wash it off in the shower. That’s the only thing I do, and I never really get any zits there anymore. Occasionally I’ll get one, but it’ll be small, and not like the deep painful cyst-like ones I used to get on my back. I know it’s the vinegar working because if I stop using it for a few days, I break out again. The acid in the vinegar must exfoliate your skin or kill bacteria or something. I’ve seen other people say similar things on http://www.acne.org.
Like I said, it sounds weird, but it’s the most effective thing there is. I tried tons of different stuff – and spent a lot of money! – but this really works and a big bottle is like 2 bucks!
Try it!
P.S. You can also use it for acne on your face, but you should dilute it first for that
