What body washes should I use for back acne?
Since the weather is warming up and all, I love wearing tank tops but I have acne on my back, It isn’t too bad but I feel self conscious about it. What are some really good & effective body washes that I can use? Preferably something I can find at walmart or a drugstore.

Just don’t use any scrubs, or ones with ‘bits’ in, as these tend to spread acne. The best ones are ph balanced ones, for all the fairytale claims on the shelves, you can’t be a Ph balanced product. A good way to wash is to wash that area.. rinse then wash around it. It spreads to easily, it really is a pain.
Anti biotics just a 3 month course will get rid of it… I tapped this from wiki about the tablets I took to explain better than me!

Just as a PS anyone that got rid of acne in a week (?????) didn’t have acne, but spot rash. Sleep in the same top one night and sweat.. yeah, looks just like acne, but acne doesn’t leave willingly or quickly!
My sister used to have back acne and her doctor prescribed her Cetaphil as body wash. That worked for her.
