What are some tips for back acne?
I dont have a problem with acne on my face, just my back. Does anyone have any everyday tips on how I can get rid of it without buying medications?

When you’re in the shower, make sure you wash your body LAST! I used to not do that last & the oils from my conditioner used to clog my pores & cause back acne. Then i learned this fact from my Dermo & it got all better!!

okay. my sister used this and her back acne cleared right up. mix 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1/3 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water and scrub your back with it!

The back is a difficult part to clean, you know, hard-to-reach. Use those back towels to thoroughly clean your back, chances are your back might not be cleaned enough and just let the shampoo/conditioner pass through your back and residue is left, causing you back acne. My brother also has them, apart from acne soaps, he makes sure sweat doesn’t stay too much on his back, changes his undershirt about 3 times a day
Acne meds aren’t THAT expensive, why not start with soaps and see what works for you?

I have the same problem. Proactiv helps a lot! its kind of expensive, but if it doesn’t go away by using other people’s suggestions, i suggest this.
also, if u have a really bad pimple, even on your face or back, put honey on it and then a band aid over it overnight. it will make it A LOT smaller.. it works, i use it all the time!!
