well i’m a vegetarian and I don’t eat a lot of crap…mostly i eat lots of fruits and veggys and i drink a lot of water and I still have periods when i get lots of pimples during like 3 or 4 months and nothing has ever cure it…:( I don’t have like really bad acne but ..still very nasty when i get 2 or 3 zits uggg wish there really was a cure
@Muahworld oh my u sound like me, i eat vegan alot-when i do eat meat it is humanely raised and no antibiotics, my skin has improved but shit i still be breaking out, i am a picker too, so it makes it worse-try washing your face with honey, it works quite well-using non chemical treatments heal your skin faster.

I’ve been trying honey with lemon and i think is kind of working quiet good 
but i sitll can’t get rid of it all and believe it I eat healthier than most people so I don’t think that has nothing to do with acne!
