Little question : if you use apple cider vinegar by Bragg, how many times should I use it every day? Right now, I drink 2 teaspoons in a glass of water 3 times a day (morning – afternoon – late evening).

Can you get any of these products at any stores??(whole foods?) i just dont care for ordering over the internet but posibly might look into it.I like products that are easy,accessible to get at stores in my area!GREAT VID,keep them coming and Im going to look into that apple cider viegar vid ! take care and have a wonderful week!!
@phatfuc09 I don’t think that you can because I haven’t seen any of these in stores… The only one’s I have seen are the aztec clay and apple cider vinegar at my local health food store but otherwise the companies are online so that’s where you’ll have to get them if you want them. @acneerasingsecrets Hey there. I just want to thank you for all your replys so far! Umm today I just bought the apple cider vinegar and put it in a spray bottle from target, but i havent used it yet. I mixed it in half of water so its not straight apple cider vinegar. But you said u leave it on and then rinse it off. Am i supposed to rinse it off or just leave it on? Please reply as soon as you can, thanks!
@SunKissedBeauty09 Your welcome, you want to rinse it off… I would spray it on and let it dry then let it sit for about 5 minutes then rinse it off. It’s kind of a toner but smells appley and vinegary! so I would leave it on for 15 mins or so then rinse off. Or like I do sometimes is put it on a few minutes before I go in the shower and then in the shower the smell washes off while i’m scrubbin! thanks for the question
Hey I love your videos! I picked alot and have blemishes and I been using bleaching creams but they seem not to work. What would you use to help with this issue?
@nrstubbs2000 I would use a few different herb extracts (liquids) Check out the “how to get rid of acne scars” video that I made… I would use sangre de drago, and graviola liquid extract… That video explains sangre de drago and has a link to the website for it. Thanks for the question!

What do you recommend as a toner in the morning?
@benkaspick Apple cider vinegar is probably the best toner I know about… It works really well but you have to wash it off after because it has a distinct smell to it.

I want to buy all this stuff but it comes to a total of over 100$ how can I be sure this will work unlike any other stuff I have tried?
@keonda4ever You’ll never be 100% sure of anything in life, you have to take risks… That’s how you know. Start with 1 or 2 things and once you see results you can get more! I only tried one thing at a time. There are a few companies that you can spend 30-50 bucks at just start with a smaller order and then see how that goes. You have to take risks to get results.

I’ve had several ppl get the same type of product but not the actual one i’ve recommended and used and sometimes it just doesn’t work the same.
@acneerasingsecrets Yea I got about everything the most expensive thing was the sangre de drago. I didnt but the mud or the lotion like you said I can start off with this. I just have an additional question what goes first the cleanse or the vinegar? then after the vinegar I do the mask like every day or every other day? I know how to use the products just not in which order? and how often
@keonda4ever apple cider vinegar, not regular vinegar… Everyone is different so I recommend just starting by trying out each of the products first and then from there using what you feel your skin needs. You may respond to some products better then others so you can use those more often etc… Just feel your skin out and try them first then go from there.
