is laser acne removal bad for a tattoo?
if i were to get some sort of laser removal, such as for acne and i had a tattoo on the area i was planning to get laser removal, would that be bad for the tattoo? the acne isn’t on the tattoo but they are around it. like, i have a tattoo under my collar bone and i want to get rid of some acne that is lower and between my collar bones.

your best bet would to speak to the dermatologist.
i believe when they do laser acne removal they laser is very isolated to that particular area so it should not be a problem. if it is very close to the area i wouldn’t be concerned. black ink is the easiest color affected by lasers but it would take 4-8 treatments to "erase" your tattoo.
