# Wear protective clothing and hats as an additional measure of protection.
# Avoid the sun during peak hours (10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)

<<<Tips for Preventing Breakouts>>>:
* Choose "noncomedogenic" hair, skin, & makeup products.
* Avoid touching your face with your hands. Hands can spread bacteria to facial pores.
* Rinse off soon after working out to help prevent sweat and skin oils from mixing and clogging pores.
* Avoid overwashing or using harsh scrubs. These can cause excess oil production.
* Keep stress under control. Stress doesn’t cause acne, but it may lead to overproduction of skin oils.

3. Use salicyclic acid 4. Use benzoyl peroxide

<<<Natural Acne Remedies>>>
The most effective means of treating acne-prone skin is to employ varying water temperatures. Washing your face with warm to hot water removes dirt, oil and makeup and opens the skin’s pores; rinsing with cool water will then shrink pores and stimulate circulation.
"Cool water is actually a bit of an anti-inflammatory,
additional acne treatment: pumpkin.
Mix 200 grams of pumpkin pulp with 1 tablespoon of non-fat sour cream and apply it to your face. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse with cool water. This will cleanse your face, open up your pores and give your skin a glow!
For another simple pimple remedy, recommends soaking a chamomile teabag in warm water, then applying the teabag to the affected area for 15 minutes. The teabag works as a warm compress and contains flavonoids and bisabolol, which have anti-inflammatory properties that help soothe the pimple and reduce redness.
Well Cetaphil has an acne line, I use thier acne gel with benzoyl peroxide and it works well for me. But for aging I would go for something like Olay regenerist micro-sculpting serum. For your scars you could try Bio-oil, it helps light scars and skin pigmentation.
There are a few things you could try.
Apply cocoa butter to the scars. Studies have shown that regular application of cocoa butter helps to fade scars more rapidly than some other creams on the market. Also, look for creams that contain naturally healing ingredients, such as shea butter, jojoba oil, castor oil and rose hip oil.
Try an over-the-counter medication such as Mederma, which is specially designed to treat scars. (Any cream that is designed to get rid of scars will work.) Healing time generally takes up to six months before any significant improvement will occur.
Talk to your dermatologist about Retin-A topical creams. These creams have been shown to greatly reduce the appearance of scars. Retinal creams encourages cell turnover. The new cells then take the place of older, scarred cells. Retin-A requires a prescription.
Start dermabrasion treatments. A licensed professional will use a dermabrasion device to treat the scars. Tiny crystals on the end of the device essentially buff away the top layers of your skin. With repeated treatments, you will see a noticeable improvement. Expect your skin to be a bit red and irritated after each treatment.
Have a look here. You will find dozens of recipes for homemade skin care products. You will find several that could help you with this. One thing you could try is a simple dermabrasion. Mix a little sugar with some olive oil and rub it into your skin. It should help.

As an Independent Consultant, I would have to say that L’Bri Pure ‘n Natural’s aloe-based skincare line would be the "best" but you can get a free sample and try it for yourself. We have a full line of skincare products from anti-blemish to anti-aging. I would recommend either the Deep Pore trio or the Combination Trio and if that helps wtih the acne then expand into the anti-aging serums that would combat the fine lines and scarring. You can get a free 1-2 week sample at my website – http://puremouse.lbri.com/ – but you do have to pay the $6 in shipping. Or you could email me your contact name and mailing address and I’ll have one sent out to you. You can email me at puremouse at gmail dot com. Good luck!

Look for face washes which contain the active ingredient benzoyl peroxide. This is the key ingredient in some of the best face washes. Use a 5-10% benzoyl peroxide of mild to moderate acne and 10% for severe.
Try smashing one tablet of aspirin in a small bowl, then adding lemon juice to the mixture. Aspirin is acetesalicylic acid, chemically related to salicylic acid. Apply to the affected areas overnight. It boosts the healing process while reducing redness.
Try putting toothpaste (paste, NOT gel) on your face, cover it with a bandage, and keep it on all night. When you wash it off in the morning your acne will look better. The astringent and surfactant nature of the toothpaste will help diminish the appearance of pimples. But the toothpaste has been known to burn sensitive skin of the face, so be careful. If your face does burn, stop acne treatments and work on healing your burn.
Try using Bentonite Clay, a natural mineral powder which has been known to absorb impurities and help neutralise the skin’s oiliness, and can be found online. Mix 2 tablespoons with a dash of cold water and smooth over the face as a thick paste. Once dried gently wipe off with a flannel or sponge.
