How to get rid of back acne in a few weeks?
I’m going to a bat mitzvah at the beginning of April but I have acne on my upper arms, upper back and shoulders. It’s really embarrassing, especially since the dress I’m wearing is strapless 
Is there any way I can get rid of it before the party WITHOUT going to the dermatologist?
If not, is there any sort of concealer of foundation that I can use on my back that won’t rub off onto my dress or other people?

I had back acne as well and all i can say is that your best option is to go to a dermatologist =/
wash your back and arms like you would wash your face, and make sure you moisterize
Hot showers with some kind of exfoliation treatment(including brushes) EVERYDAY! There should also be some non-prescription creams you could get that gently dry out the skin.
It depends on what kind of acne you have on your back. If it’s noninflamed type of acne like blackheads, then scrub your back and use a strong exfoliant like glycolic.
If you have pimples on your back (inflamed acne) then gently wash your back and use a 10% benzoyl peroxide solution on your back. Wear a white t-shirt bc it will bleach clothing.
