Or you can go to the dermotologist and he'll hook you up with some good stuff. Just dont go for accutane (sp?). It works really good but it gives you dry skin and nosebleeds every day. I was also having troubles with back acne and thought I would try the Dial Gold. It made a HUGE difference. I use it once a day in the shower with a bath poof. Wash your back with the Dial Gold AFTER you rinse your hair out. Try it for 2 weeks and I bet you'll see a difference. Give it a try - very easy and you don't have to go out of your way to do it.
