How to get rid of back acne fast?
I’m 14 and have gay acne on my back. I have to wear a dress in a few days and I know my acne won’t be completely gone but how can I get it looking a lot better fast? I’ve been trying to lay out in the sun and other shhiit.

Start taking Zinc tablets 50 mg once a day. I had pretty bad zits a while ago, but once i started using zinc it helped. It really did wonders. But DO NOT take it on an empty stomach.
