@adjeast – thanks very much great compliment. Baz
@adjeast – yes a number of people say that. I wish I had his fame. lol Baz
south african?
@sydskater – No Zimbabwean. Baz
Do you have a workout written down that you may send to me, im 15 and trying to build up. any tips or routines ? thanks
sir , i do not know what i am doing wrong but whenever i do exercises for back , it seems to put more strain on my biceps than on back , plz advise me.
@sydskater – Yes I will send you a plan you can use for a few months. Baz
@blackutube1 – I think you are not focused on the muscle you are working and that is the main reason. I would have a go at reducing the weight and doing some higher reps. This should not put much strain on the biceps but give you a good burn on the lats. Once you get the form right and know how it feels you can slowly increase the weight till you are working out to your max. Baz
@blackutube1 could also be that in comparison to your back your biceps is consideraly weaker so your body is trying to get the weaker muscle group to the level of your stronger parts, same effect can be seen with bench presses alot of beginners don’t feel it in their chest but mostly front part of the shoulder muscles or triceps
@MutsuKazuma – yes that is right. That actually is a huge problem. If you go a lot lighter you can get the feel of what the back feels like when it has a pump and then if you gradually increase the weight when you train. This way you are building the strength so you can keep getting the pump in the area you are trying to work. Thanks a ton for your help and support. Baz
very nice video..
thanks ! from Greece
@THIMIARAS99 – pleasure my friend and thanks very much. Baz

verry nice
@peter36213 – Thanks very much. Baz
@BazBlog
wow ur equipment looks really crappy aha but its all worth it cuz ur one tough hardworking guy
Hi Baz, thanks for your tips.
I start off with rowing, and then a superset of wide and narrow grip pull downs. could you recommend me some good finishing exercises?
@MYDICKISWOW – My muscles really do not know if the equipment is the state of the art or old rusty iron.lol. Muscles respond to resistance. I can show you some really hard workers in Africa that at pretty big and do not use weights. They just lift really heavy stuff daily. Thanks for the compliment. Baz
@jonathandawn – I think what you are doing is absolutely fantastic any way. You can add in wide grip pull ups as they are regarded as the king of lat building exercises.
what do you think of steroid baz?
