How do you get rid of back acne?
Im 14 years old and I have the perfect clear skin on my face but lately Ive been getting alot of red bumps and acne all over my back which is getting f***ing annoying! Ive tried using a back scrubber and scrub my back with soap for a month so far and I dont see changes. Can somebody help me out here? Or is it just because its the hormones and Im going through purberty?

I’m fifteen and last year me and my friends went through the same exact thing so puberty definitely plays a huge role for back acne. I used to use all kinds of different soaps on my back however, nothing really worked. It’s just one of those things you just have to deal with for a little while. Your a teen so yes your going through puberty, and through this stage most teens get acne; including me, but on my face not on my back. Even people older than 20 get acne!
To be honest i dont think a back scrubber will do much as far as your acne is concerned, i think i would make it sore other than anything!
Have you tried going to see your Doctor about this?
He/she can help you, they can have a look at it and then prescribe you with antibiotics and a cream/gel that will help.
But be aware though tha when your taking tablets your acne will get worse before it gets better, but in the end it will be worth it!
I found this out when i was going through it myself.
omg i had the same problem but i read in a magazine the if i hade someone put toner on my back everyday and i didnt wear tight shirts it would clear up and it did!! try it it worked miracles for me
well 1stly yes your going through puberty and yes its your hormones.i can honestly reccomend you 2 products which will clear up your skin in a week and are cheap.101e acne getaway lotion and shangai sulfur soap.you can get both these products from ebay or your local chinese haebal store,but i reccomend ebay as you could get both items for £10.
