"Dear Mike,
Your book
helped me understand my acne condition, the real causes behind it
and how to practically approach and tackle the condition from the
inside rather than relying on all kinds of chemicals and treatments
that I have used to treat the 'external' symptoms of my acne. For 2
years, I tried to treat my condition using over the counter
products, and my skin would just break out in itchy huge and ugly
rashes. It took some effort and persistence (your counseling service
is priceless by the way), but I finally can admit that I have
managed to overcome this affiliation for good. I am acne free
finally...and in less than 4 weeks into the program! Thank you for
making a difference!"

"Dear Mike,
Since my
teenage years, I was plagued with severe cystic acne. For almost 14
years I suffered from frequent and severe flare-ups. Like many other
acne sufferers, I assumed that acne was a "teenager's thing" so it
was obviously very frustrating when my acne only worsened with age -
despite my devotion to get rid of this problem, the constant
trips to the dermatologist and thousands of dollars spent on skin
care products.
After reading your "Acne No
More" book, I immediately felt confident and empowered to solve the
problem. Suddenly, there was a clear well structured plan to follow
that seemed so logical and promising as opposed to sitting back and
passively accepting my faith.
Even though Acne No More is not
a quick fix cure by any means, I have seen fantastic results in a
very short time. I started your step-by-step program on mid June
2007. By the end of July 2007 my skin was so soft, smooth, and acne
free, it felt like winning the lottery. I'd warmly recommend
the book to any man and woman afflicted with acne."

I saw a dermatologist a few months back for acne problems. I have mild-moderate acne on my face (not that bad), but I mostly went to see her for the insane amounts of bacne I had on my upper back. I also had some on my chest and lower-mid back, but I swear my upper back was like a red mountain range. I don’t know what the hell caused it, but it was like not there one week and then the next it was.
She recommended that I buy this stuff called Oxy Maximum face wash (10% benzoyl peroxide). It was like 6 bucks from the drug store and it really worked. I noticed a decrease in redness the very first go and within a week my back was starting to clear. My back was basically clear in three weeks and perfectly clear in a month. I had pretty severe back acne, so it might/probably won’t take as long if you’ve just been noticing "some" back acne"(the few pimples I had on my chest and mid-lower back were gone within a week).
Anyway, She told me to rub it in really good and not to wash it off. I recommend to do it at night and wear a white T-shirt over it because it’ll bleach colored shirts. You also want to be careful not to drop it on any rugs for the same reason (I accidentally dropped a huge glob on a bath rug
). Another thing I recommend is to take a shower before using it so you can get all the dirt off. Like I know some people just take showers in the morning, but I shower twice daily…
You also want to use a good back scrubber, so that you can exfoliate your back.
If it gets too try or burns a lot, take a couple days off. I use a body wash that’s pretty hydrating, but I also use a moisturizer. I recommend a mild moisturizer that doesn’t have any additives [scents, coloring, etc.). I use Cetaphil, which is pretty safe on acne.
Even after offering all this advice I do recommend seeing a dermatologist. My dermatologist prescribed Retin-A and Clindamycin for my face. She also prescribed Doxycyline, an oral antibiotic for acne. I’m pretty sure the Doxycyline helped with my bacne.
Sorry for such a long response, just wanted to be as helpful as possible
.
Good Luck,
Asher
I recommend use Acneace!
I used it, and after 1 months, my acne was COMPLETELY gone!
Hope it works for you.
you can get From Google Search Acneace Official site. Good luck.
Pan Oxyl Wash – 5% Benzoyl Peroxide.
I’ve used it for a month now, and I barely have any pimples using it. It’s
quite expensive, $30 but totally worth getting though!
Benzoyl Peroxide is the best ingredient getting rid of acne. As told by Dr. Oz (seen that show?)
