"Dear Mike,
Your book
helped me understand my acne condition, the real causes behind it
and how to practically approach and tackle the condition from the
inside rather than relying on all kinds of chemicals and treatments
that I have used to treat the 'external' symptoms of my acne. For 2
years, I tried to treat my condition using over the counter
products, and my skin would just break out in itchy huge and ugly
rashes. It took some effort and persistence (your counseling service
is priceless by the way), but I finally can admit that I have
managed to overcome this affiliation for good. I am acne free
finally...and in less than 4 weeks into the program! Thank you for
making a difference!"

"Dear Mike,
Since my
teenage years, I was plagued with severe cystic acne. For almost 14
years I suffered from frequent and severe flare-ups. Like many other
acne sufferers, I assumed that acne was a "teenager's thing" so it
was obviously very frustrating when my acne only worsened with age -
despite my devotion to get rid of this problem, the constant
trips to the dermatologist and thousands of dollars spent on skin
care products.
After reading your "Acne No
More" book, I immediately felt confident and empowered to solve the
problem. Suddenly, there was a clear well structured plan to follow
that seemed so logical and promising as opposed to sitting back and
passively accepting my faith.
Even though Acne No More is not
a quick fix cure by any means, I have seen fantastic results in a
very short time. I started your step-by-step program on mid June
2007. By the end of July 2007 my skin was so soft, smooth, and acne
free, it felt like winning the lottery. I'd warmly recommend
the book to any man and woman afflicted with acne."

Everyone at some point in their lives has encountered acne. While facial acne is usually the most common, there are other areas of your body which can be prone to acne as well. Other anatomic areas like your back can suffer acne too. As you can’t see your back, you might not be aware but there might be acne present. Your back pores can potentially be clogged due to extra sebum on the surface of your skin. As a result, the cells become dead and can’t escape the skin. Along with the sebum, they attract bacteria and this aids in the formation of acne. While a back acne body remedy treatment is the same as a facial acne, the back is more complicated since it’s larger and is not within reach easily. To get rid of back acne and cure it, it definitely takes much more time as well. Here are 11 tips to prevent and cure back acne.
(1) Always find a way to wash your back well during your shower to unclog blocked pores, dead skin and to remove any impurities. You might have recourse to a back scrubber or simply a towel whereby you place it behind your back and with your hands pushing backwards, you slide the towel softly on your back horizontally. Also, rinse your back well to remove any soap or shampoo which contain chemicals resulting in the drying up of your skin and making it itchy. Your back acne can become irritated.
(2) Avoid wearing too tight clothes as they can irritate your back acne causing it to proliferate.
(3) Use special soaps containing salicylic acid to wash your back and remove the excess oil.
(4) The use of dried green tea leaves is a natural healer. Read my article "Natural Acne Skin Care Treatment" where I talked about this method.
(5) You can use aloe vera cream to alleviate and refresh your back acne. Green tea acne cream is a good option as well as it will nourish your skin and the tea extract has amazing curing benefits.
(6) Your back acne will be itchy sometimes but never squeeze and pop them out because they will spread the infection to other areas of your skin and can aid in the proliferation of acne. Also you can leave small holes in your skin when removing the germ making it ugly. Blood might come out as well.
(7) Stress is a major culprit in triggering acne as it’s responsible for the overproduction of hormones in your body. When the latter generates too many hormones, your sebaceous glands produce more oil and the extra oil also known as the sebum will appear on your skin surface. This is how you can have oily skin because of this sticky substance called the sebum. Oily skin is prone to developing acne. So it’s recommended to avoid stress as far as you can or deal with it effectively by means of relaxation, exercising, yoga, deep breathing techniques, taichi, meditating, taking a warm bath and forgetting about your problems amongst others.
(8) After exercising, be sure to take your shower a few minutes after cooling down. You need to wash the sweat because it can clog your pores which can result in acne. Talking about exercise, do it regularly as it will prevent you from having acne. In our lives, we are stressed and as mentioned above, this result in the overproduction of hormones and exercising has the benefit of rebalancing your hormones surplus provoked by stress. Engage in physical activities like jogging, brisk walking, cycling and swimming for instance. Static exercises can help too.
(9) Pay proper attention to your nutrition. There are certain foods which don’t go well with acne to a certain extent. Consuming excessive alcohol, coffee, chocolate, oily and greasy foods, processed foods and saturated fats are not recommended. They can worsen your acne or delay the healing process. If you follow a healthy diet, you prevent acne from degenerating and you accelerate your acne curing therapy. Read my article "Acne Diet – Acne Cure Diet Treatment" for further information about acne and diet.
(10) Drink lots of water daily, at least 8 glasses to flush out toxins from your body. Toxins can trigger acne.
(11) Have adequate sleep and rest everyday because people with lack of sleep tend to be nervous and get stressed out easily. Their minds and bodies are tired and can’t cope with life demands.
So by following the tips above and being consistent, you will be able to get rid of your back acne with time and patience.

When washing your back use a loofah, sponge or exfoliant to help remove any dead skin cells that may clog up pores. Use a gentle action and don’t be too harsh otherwise you will end up breaking the skin. You should probably change your shirt twice a day whether you exercise or not to avoid bacteria buildup that can further aggravate your acne.Check out http://usefulinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.
Treat it naturally. Clean your diet up and get rid of acidic foods. Try to stop treating your skin roughly. That means dont wash your face too roughly or too often, try to preserve some of the sebum on your skin, its there for a reason.
Vitamin A – Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin that helps you have beautiful, healthy hair and skin. You can find vitamin A from fruits and vegetables. Dark green vegetables and deep yellow vegetables as fruits give you a good dose of vitamin A by providing carotenes. Oatmeal is a good source of vitamin A, as well as cantaloupe, honeydew melon, broccoli, spinach and sweet potato. Liver contains a megadosis: watch out, vitamin A is stored in the body and you can actually get vitamin A poisoning.
Vitamin E – Vitamin E helps to normalize decreased levels of antioxidant enzymes. This is often prevalent in male acne patients, but vitamin E has proven beneficial to both male and female acne sufferers. Almonds, sunflower seeds, peanut butter, spinach, broccoli and mango are all great sources of vitamin E.Even a snack as simple as ¼ to ½ cups of raw nuts and seeds can help your skin become clearer and healthier.
Selenium – Selenium works much like vitamin E in that it also helps to normalize decreased levels of antioxidant enzymes. Selenium can be found in foods such as vegetables, meats and bread. Some nuts, such as Brazil nuts and walnuts are also rich in selenium. You can also supplement your diet with selenium, taking 100 to 200 micrograms per day. However, 3 ½ ounces of beef has 35 micrograms of selenium and 3 ounces of tuna has 63. Brazil nuts, though, are the winner with 544 micrograms of selenium per ounce.
Chromium – Chromium, found in brewer’s yeast, has been shown in research studies to heal acne. You can add brewer’s yeast to many different foods.Sprinkle a tablespoon over cold cereal or hot oatmeal, mix it into soups and stews or add it into your breakfast smoothie. Be careful, though, if you are not accustomed to brewer’s yeast, a large serving of it can cause nausea and diarrhea. Start small, just a teaspoon or tablespoon at a time. This is a great acne buster.
AVOID TOUCHING YOUR FACE. Your hands and fingers have a lot of oil on them that can clog your pores. If you touch your face, some of that oil is transferred to your face.
Apply sour cream to your face. While yogurt is good, it can slip off easily. Buy fresh sour cream and refrigerate. Tie back your hair and make sure not to soil anything. Smear your face, especially pimples, with sour cream using your palms and wash it off after 15 minutes. If you are really busy, then simply apply the sour cream to your pimples and work until fifteen minutes are over, then wash off the pimples with warm water.
Try going out in the sun. The UV rays dry out your spots and stimulate the vitamin D production in the body.
I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.
Literally the best acne face wash I’ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It’s unique cause of it’s herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.
You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn’t work it will still save you butt on the return policy.
Well good luck and best wishes.
