How do i limited my acne scares on my face with out laser treatment ?
my acne scares on a scal from 1 to 10 is a 3 I’m young only 23 i don’t get acne any more but have the after scares i just know ther there so it bugs me a lot.hase any one found or no any ways to make the scares go a way or help them be less visible with out laser treament creams/fruite/nautral stuff any thing …please let me know

Here are simple things you can do at home:
TOMATO SLICES Place some on your scars. Tomatoes are rich in Vitamin A and will renew scarred and damaged skin.
EGG WHITES Use a Qtip to dab some on your scars and leave overnight. This will prevent and treat scars.
CUCUMBER Use a slice or juice on your face to heal scars.
LEMON JUICE Apply directly on the scars and let your skin soak up the juice, then rinse. Lemon juice will lighten the scars so they are not so noticeable.
OLIVE OIL Massage over the scars and leave for awhile. This is a great moisturizer that reduces visibility of acne scars.
ICE Rubbing some ice on the scars will soothe the irritated skin and shrink the size of pores.
DIET We are what we eat so try to stay away from fried foods and too much sugar.
