How do i get rid of back acne for good with home remedies?
i hate showing my back, its covered in acne. I shower every other day and have used anti acne lotions and stuff but nothing works -.-
i was hoping for some home remedies of common items to help it!

Here is a simple tip that you can use to reduce your acne scars and pigmentation.
The Oil Cleansing Method
What you will need:
Warm Water
Cold Water
Clean Towels
Castor Oil
Olive Oil
The first thing you need to do is to wash your face gently to remove excess dirt and oils from the surface.
You will then need to warm a clean towel in warm water and apply it to your face for 3 minutes. Do the same thing with the cold water but this time for one minute.
Carry out both the warm water and cold water procedure about 3 times but always finish with cold and then pat dry with another clean towel.
Next mix a small amount of castor oil with a small amount of olive oil. A 50/50 ratio will do just fine. Apply the mixture to your skin and let it stay there for 30 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Pat dry with a clean towel and you are good to go.

first your diet may be paying a role in the acne. watch your sugar and carb intake,pop and other carbonated drinks too,it all causes acne. also, use nuetregina for body acne, (spelling is wrong), everyday until it clears up. after you shower, let it air dry first, then put on Athlete’s foot cream, sounds dumb, but it will help. You will see a difference in only 2 weeks. let me know if it works! Lemon water every night before bed too. Just try it! be faithful in the routine.

It works too, and tries smashing an aspirin tablet and mixes some lemon juice with it and applies to your face daily. Don’t stress out and try to keep your hands and hair away from your face! You can add brewer’s yeast to many different foods.Sprinkle a tablespoon over cold cereal or hot oatmeal, mix it into soups and stews or add it into your breakfast smoothie. Be careful, though, if you are not accustomed to brewer’s yeast, a large serving of it can cause nausea and diarrhea. Start small, just a teaspoon or tablespoon at a time. This is a great acne buster.
