How do i get rid of back acne and the scars?
I am so embarrassed by this..I have bad back acne, It’s only on the part of my back that isn’t tanned, and is always covered by a shirt, so i think its from sweat. I am too embarrassed to tell my parents, i know i should tell them but i’m embarrassed. So i want to know the best way to treat it before i build up my courage and tell them. How can i get rid of the scarring and the acne itself?

Change your undershirt more often in order to prevent it. When you shower you can use a long brush handle and make use an anti-acre soap on it. The scars will fade over time but they may not totally go away. Also eating lots of soda-pop and greasy foods will cause bad acne
It’s nothing to be embarrassed about! Depending on how old you are, there are various solutions.
Try to keep your hair up, the sweat only creates more acne. You can try Mary Kay acne solution (www.marykay.com) or go to your doctor. The best way to treat it for the time being is keep your hair up in a ponytail as often as possible and wash it well, too. Go to a doctor as soon as possible to find a great option that will work for you. Your parents won’t be mad, it’s okay.
It would probably help you to read up on acne so you understand how spots are formed in the skin and how each treatment works. The book Breaking Out by Lydia Preston is excellent. Although aimed at women, the info is just as relevant to guys who have spots.
Benzoyl peroxide is by far the most effective over-the-counter (OTC) treatment. A great website about benzoyl peroxide treatment is http://www.acne.org/
You should get the book though, to understand every available treatment. Then I really think you should bite the bullet and tell your parents – no need to be embarrassed, acne happens to loads of people. Finally, see a doctor or dermatologist; prescription treatments are much more effective than OTC stuff.
I recommend use Acneace!
I used it, and after 1 months, my acne was COMPLETELY gone!
Hope it works for you.
you can get From Google Search Acneace Official site. Good luck.
It’s nothing it be embarrassed about. You should try to clear the acne before the scars. For the acne you can buy over-the-counter medicine and washes if it’s mild. If it’s more severe tell your parents (they won’t care) and they can take you to the doctors and they can prescribe something that will help. For the scarring try Bio Oil. It takes a few weeks to notice a good difference.
ClearPores, Acuzine, Acnezine, Proactiv, Vilante and some others…
Use a mild soap for sensitive skin but it doesn’t matter exactly what type of soap you use. It can be designed for acne-prone skin or not, but you will want to treat your skin gently. Harsh antibacterial soap may actually make your acne worse by irritating skin.
Remove dead skin cells regularly by exfoliating. Use a gentle scrub with natural defoliants like ground walnut shells, or use an over-the-counter chemical defoliant like salicylic acid or glycolic acid. Adding ground walnut shell to a thick moisturizer like cocoa butter can be effective too. Take caution, because over-exfoliating can actually increase the likelihood of acne by irritating the skin. Pat dry, rather than rubbing, since rubbing can cause irritation to the fresh skin you’ve just revealed.
Use a good toner. Spray onto face or wipe on with a cotton ball and wipe off with a clean, dry cotton ball. This gets rid of excess cleanser and tightens pores. Good, inexpensive choices include plain witch hazel for normal to dry skin, lemon juice, or 3% hydrogen peroxide for oily skin. 70% ethyl rubbing alcohol can also be used for severe oiliness, but it can really dry out your skin and irritate it more. Some toners are medicated, and this stage is the best for using a medicated product if you’re only going to use one medication.
Bacteria in pores is one cause of spots. Reduce the amount of bacteria by using toners containing anti-bacterial agents like alcohol, peroxide and benzalkonium chloride, and by using creams that contain benzoyl peroxide (ask your doctor about benzaclin, with moisturizer if you have dry skin, as it works better than just plain benzoyl because benzoyl takes up to 8 weeks before improvement is seen) which kill bacteria as well as cause the skin to regenerate faster. …
Homeopathic ingredients like Causticum hahnemanni, Carbo vegetabilis, Hepar sulphuris calcareum, Silicea help the body to expel all foreign or toxic matter such as pus of acne. They treat acne on the face, neck, shoulders, back, and other affected areas, fight off bacteria that causes pimples and blackheads, improve the appearance of bumps and flaky, irritated skin, speed up new skin rejuvenation and removal of dead skin cells, & encourages routine regulation of skin oils for acne prevention.
