The same way you get rid of it on your face..
You can buy body wash with salicylic acid and use that on your back.
Moisturize with a face lotion.. Its lighter and better for your skin.
Then use a spot treatment on your back.. get someone to help you do this.
It should start to heal up soon.
If that still doesn’t work, you can get things like Proactive or Clean and Clear kits at the store too.
I am currently using something called Roaccutane but that can only be taken through perscription by a dermatologist, but it works REALLY REALLY well..I saw resukts in 2 days when i started.
Since u dont wanna go to the dermatologist try neautrogena product or something from Aveeno.

I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.

Try lavender oil. Apply this oil on the back acne everyday for minimum 15 days or else apply fresh Aloe vera juice or the gel and wash after a few hours. When washing your back use a loofah, sponge or exfoliant to help remove any dead skin cells that may clog up pores. Here are 3 best natural cures for acne…
Cure #1 – Use honey with cinnamon. You can take 1 tsp of cinnamon powder and add 3 tbsp of honey to it. Mix it into a paste and apply the mixture only on your pimples. Get garnier Pure deep clean foaming wash. It really does work. Use this straight after your showers.
Then moisturize with a good sorbolene cream. Just a little bit. (You face will go nuts trying to generate oil to save your skin otherwise, so you have to moisturize).
You can get clay mask in a tube for everyday use. I would recommed using this every 3 days. As soon as you’re finished with it, us a pore cleansing strip on your nose. Possibly the brand biore. These don’t work for me but they seem to work for everyone else, including my friends, so yeah.
I found my acne dramatically reduced when I started jogging. Like, 3.8km a day. I walked whatever I couldn’t run. It seems to have an excellent cleansing effect.
Another thing that helps is a mild sun burn- try to get 5 mins of UV a day directly to your face. This might remind you of the lamps a dermatologist would use.
You can buy those lamps on the internet too… search blue light acne lamp, but I can’t speak from experience whether they work.
Take silica supplements for your skin, go to a supplement shop and ask the lady for one all-round supplement to help your skin. It will almost definitely have silica in it.
Eat more vegetables and fruit, instead of whatever else. This also effects it a lot, but only if you stick to it.
And lastof all, if oyu are female, go to your doctor and ask them about starting the pill for acne. They will advise you on how many periods to skip, etc. For me, I take diane pills, and skip four periods at a time.
This requires a lot of work to prevent yourself having thrush, but thats another story.
Oh yes a I forgot, take defence bacteria, in yoghurt, or acidophilus tablets for when you are on antibitics or something.
Another thing that completely kills my acne is getting cmpletely hammered on beer. though I wouldn’t recommend this, and it doesn’t work the see for everyone anyway.
