@babavstardelight Just keep learning, try the secret acne cleanse out and keep moving forward! Clear skin is great to have so stick to it and you will get there eventually! Just don’t quit!
@Cavin21 Depends on the doctor, I know a lot about skin and keeping it healthy and when you do that your acne disappears.
@12eAcTi0nZz Sometimes it can have an effect, like the sun can heat up the skin and open the pores in heat which can cause larger pores and acne to spread in some sense… So yes, but at the same time it’s something you don’t have a ton of control over so just focus on what you can do b/c ppl have clear skin in all climates!
@Trevor15mac They are both very beneficial to your health and will help keep the skin healthy yes… There are probably better herbs/superfoods probably but they still help so you can have both!
@jk61490 Thanks for sharing! I appreciate it!
@XxFadfoud Tanning in the sun is great, the vitamin D & UV rays from the sun are great in moderation when you have a healthy diet with lot’s of anti-oxidants b/c it keeps the skin healthy… so yes! get some sun. As far as the ice cube you hold it and move it around your skin and that only take’s 15 minutes or so and it just closes the pores… Your skin will dry shortly after that so it just takes 30 mins or so and you don’t have to sleep with your face wet. Hope this helps!
@x0x0melissa0x0x Well thank you! I’m an amateur singer in the shower
Good for you for getting of the pill and getting a healthier diet! That is AWEsome! As far as juicing recipes I just kind of make them up as I go but I guess I could write them down and make videos or facebook posts on the fan page sharing them! Thanks for the idea
@DYYLLAAANNNCORRRAAAO Some is BPA free but most of plastic still isn’t BPA free unfortunately… But glass is still better than plastic b/c the things in glass don’t get in your water like plastic does… especially when plastic water bottles sit in the sun! Stay away from that and keep it in the shade if you do use plastic.

Hey David, Im a 17 year old girl and I eat pretty healthily. My diet includes lots of fruits and vegetables, no dairy and limited intake of junk food. I have pretty oily skin in the t-zone and smaIl bumps, could drinking my water out of a plastic bottle over and over be contributing to my oily skin and bumps? Thanks heaps, great video!

will drinking a 1/2 tsp of sea salt in water once a day help clear acne???? plzzz let me know thanks
@acneerasingsecrets
Dermatologists argue against some of the claims you make.. They prefer to prescribe drugs like anti biotics than tell you to eat healthy.. Some litterly say there’s no cure for acne and eating foods does not cause it, it’s an unknown cause.. The only way to cure it is accutane which is so not worth it..
Good job
@Jacobs0s Thank you!
