Has anyone got rid of their adult acne? (im 21 yrs old, female)?

Honey, you’re 21 (as am I, by the way). You’re not too old for acne yet because your skin is still changing and the like.
Your best bet is to watch your diet (not go on a diet, just pay attention to what you eat or drink around the time of a breakout and see if there are any patterns), drink a lot of water, keep your face clean, clean any makeup brushes regularly, get oil free moisturizers, exfoliate, and keep trying different cleansers. If you’re on birth control, your hormones could also be a contributing factor. So far the only things that have helped mine are Cetaphil (antibacterial bar and the SPF something facial moisturizer), exfoliating several times a week, and using a spot treatment. After I started using Cetaphil, the bumps I had disappeared after a couple of days and I’ve only broken out once since then and that was during the week I had my period.
I never had luck with any store product. I only had success by going to a dermatologist. I tried so many things. Nothing worked. Proactive worked, slightly. But it didn’t get rid of all the acne like they show on the commercials.
ProActiv. It may seem overplayed and endorsed by paid celebrities but it really really works. I use it every other day (my breakouts were only very mild) and I never get any breakout anymore besides the occasional blackhead which pop very easily and leave almost no redness. It can be kind of expensive but it is SO WAY worth it!
I live in a very hot climate and so here I sweat a lot
. I use Benzoyl Peroxide which a visiting doctor gave me. I don’t know how much it costs, but it works very well especially when paired with Velocity Lightweight Moisturizer. My mom even uses it (she’s 39) and it seems to work for her too.
yeah, used to have it and still do every now and then. So don’t touch your face with dirty hands, shower regularly, and use lotion if you have dry skin, especially during winter time. If you do al that your face should be smooth and clear like a babies bottom. (iam 20)

mineral oil block ur pore –
start with low GI foods
The blockage of pores is the cause of acne development. Maybe oil glands in your body are very active and pill can’t control it. Chlorella Gel Cleanser is made of green algae. It can absorb oil out of pores. Normally acne will go in 3 to 5 days.
