Hi youtube, this is my 14 treatment (08/12/10)! You can ofcos take your own brand of vitamin C & E capsules, use your existing type of sun-block & aloe vera gel. If you do not have ahabit of taking pills, than you can make up for it by eating more fruits that are rich in vitamin C etc. Such as strawberries, mango, oranges, grape-fruit, blue berries, avocado, papaya, watermelon, banana, pear or peaches.
