@duncaco1: Yup. I take 1,000 mcg and 5,000 mcg… not a day, but those are the ones I take. One of those a day.

whats good leslie. first i’d like to say i watched your 2 yr college vid before i looked at this one bout your hair lol. second yep i been thinkin the same thing bout this bein my last bottle of biotin for awhile. no matter how much i wash my face there’s always some kind of acne on it and i take the 5000 mcg 5 days a week (when i work) so yeah i’m with you i’ma let the locks do what they do for a bit. stay up

Had u been taking the biotin with another vitamin supplement? I read, that vitamins work better when taken together with other supplements instead of alone. anyway just wondering.

how many locs do you have?. They are very lovely. My first set was 55 and not looking good , took them down7 1/2 months old. Now started 2strand. messed them up by washing too early. didn’t take down again.I have 78? my hair is so soft. Had big ugly loose loops of hair from that early wash. pulled until I didn’t see them anymore. now some are a little stiffer than I want. Had Biotin but I guess didn’t take long enough will try again.I’m 6+ months now. waitin for more length.started @ shoulder
@LadyShyye: I have 56 Locs. Thanks. I had the ugly loops too. They’re not there anymore. Maybe because may locs are mature. And I washed my hair early too! But I still kept these locs also. But that’s our kind of hair texture. It will get those loops. Try not to pull them out.
@LeslieMoniqueTV Wow! 56? your locs look way better than my first set. Also fuller for56. Sweet! I gotta find that bottle of biotin. Love long hair so I may keep taking After I get length. I have heard Black Jamaican castor oil will grow edges. Check Chescalocs for that edge info. Thanks so much for sharing. Toodles!
@LadyShyye: Well I cut my edges… So I don’t have a problem with them. When I let it grow, it goes pretty thick.
i just started taking biotin, it makes me have faith. do you increase your water usage ? it might clear up your acne ?
Your locs are so beautiful & please don’t take this the wrong way but you have amazing lips, their very luscious. =^)

Wanted to let you know glycolic acid works great for acne.
Finally a full on biotin review this is like the only good one I’ve seen. But I’m gonna try and take it but I’m crazy worried about the acne cud I’m already prone to acne already so hopefully I’ll b okay
does biotin have weight loss potential? i heard someone mention in another video that it increased there appetite and metabolism
