to clear bacne i read somewhere that when you’re in the shower you have to be sure to clena your back thoroughly with soap and then rinse it off really well. Be careful of letting your shampoo and conditioner get onto your back because you’ll have to rinse that off really well too. It’s okay to let your hair dry naturally after a shower but it’s bad to keep the back of your shirt all soaked with water, or sweat when you play outside. Also, wear loose-fitting, thin shirts to bed so your skin can breath. You can try putting clearasil or some other acne remover on your back but it’s kinda hard so maybe get someone to help if they dont mind.

I used to have this too really badly, it was so depressing! Then one day I fell asleep in the sun and got quite burnt…I’ve not had a spot since.

my cuz has the same thing but she wentr to her docter and got all this medicene that really works for her i suggest you go se your docter

Hi, I would suggest purchasing a good quality buffing brush (try a natural sea sponge). It is economical, costing under $15 with tax. & it will last a LOT longer than a special scrub.

Then use mild soap or body wash on it & use it to gently scrub your back every day in the shower.

Over a period of time, this should take away your back acne.

If not, try to get your mom or a friend or a sister put a clay mask on the areas of your back (every 3 wks or so) and then when it is hardened–take a warm shower & use the sponge to wash it off.

touthe paste works for acne put it on at night then in morning wash off my gay friend told me it does wprk i only have one show up on my face weope off in morning do not use body wASH IT WILL ROUIN IT REALLY THE PIMPLE WILL GET SMALLER AND IT WILL BE QUICK OK BYE

rinse off
then use baby oil
then pat dry
