Back acne – why we get it & how to get rid of it
Comment in my blog- www.highonhealth.org I haven’t done a lot of blog posts or video about back acne (or bacne) because I haven’t had a lot of it myself. That was until a few weeks ago when I got struck with a pretty bad case of bacne! What was the cause? Stress! This video talks about what happened and how I successfully treated it.

I’ve never had a problem with acne and could count the times I had a pimple on my fingers, that’s why I was puzzled when I started breaking out last year when I first turned to a vegetarian diet. I finally narrowed it down to soy, which made me sad because I love it. Every time I eat tofu or drink soy milk my neck , shoulders and back turn into a pimple patch. Fermented soy like miso and tempeh don’t seem to bother me.
that’s obviously an allergy in my opinion
In my opinion stress acne is pretty much unavoidable at times. Especially being 16 in high school with a Mom going through menopause and both my parents having jobs. =/

Hi Fran, I was just wondering if you knew whether or not if the cause and treatment for back acne could also be the same for chest acne. Myself and a friend of mine both struggle with it, and I just wanted to know your take on it. Thanks!
