Are there any home remedies for back acne?
It’s summer time again, and the acne on my back is acting up. It was clearing up for awhile there, now it’s back with a vengeance. So I was wondering if anyone knows any home remedies to help reduce the problem. Any help would be great! Thank you!

Apple cider vinegar…STINKS…but works fast and well. Have someone kind enough to deal with the smell rub it on with a cotton pad for you…or cotton ball…whatever you like better.
All I did to minimize my acne is made changes to my diet.There is so much information on the internet about diet and acne.Diet plays a very important role to cure acne.To start with you need to drink plenty of water and eat more fruits.Do not take this advice lightly as it can do wonders to reduce acne.
