I’ve used this remedy for my skin for the past year, and I truly believe it’s greatly improved my complexion. I tried using so many different products that I think in the end, the pH balance was just really thrown off, and I think ACV helped balance it again. The smell does take some getting used to (also helpful 2 toss the cotton ball in the toilet after, because it was seriously make your trash bin funky!) and I always dilute the cotton ball w/ water as straight ACV can be too harsh for skin.

@FLUFFYKINZ1 lol… that’s my face.
good tips the program is finally clearing it up for me i think excited to add this to the dvd
actually tried Apple Cider Vinegar it actually does work
@form109 It does work really well, I recommend eating a healthier diet along with it though b/c then they both work even better.
I’m impressed; this and the Tea Tree soap work very well together–I’ve noticed a clearer complexion in just a few days. However, I will say that both products can cause the skin to become inflamed and even severely burned if not used properly. I recommend diluting the Apple Cider Vinegar and using the Dr. Bronner’s Tea Tree bar instead of the liquid. Don’t let it touch your eyelids–you will regret it. But these products have show me immediate results–I just hope they continue to do so!
@BoyAsVenus Thanks for the feedback, yeah I recommend closing your eyes and even covering them while putting the apple cider vinegar on your skin because you really don’t want to get it in your eyes. Have an awesome day!
YOU’RE CUTE. thanks for the information.
@BigScaryJoe Your welcome
@acneerasingsecrets in addition to applying it to the acne does consuming the vinegar increase its effectiveness?
@form109 Yep, I actually add a little bit to water and drink it! Great question
Hey I used apple cider vinegar, but I don’t think it’s organic, would that be causing problems?
@BurnKilluminati It’s still good, better than nothing… but I think organic is always better and works more effectively.
Mix it with a little green tea if its to harsh for your skin, green tea is good for your skin and makes it smell a LOT better
@AmaLovesWow Thanks for sharing! there are a bunch of oils that help your skin. As far as apple cider vinegar I recommend that you dilute it with water if you feel it’s too strong… that way the apple cider vinegar still does it’s job but then after that you still can use an oil like tea tree, manuka or aloe in order to heal the skin and soothe it. Thanks for the comment!
Good stuff !
@G0LDENL0VEMUSIC Thanks so much, I really appreciate it!
this really helped! i’ve been drying to go natural with my body care, a lot og people are giving up on shampoo and conditioner and now on face wash, GO NATURAL!
@heykittyitskat Thanks! Really glad to hear!
The more natural you can go with facial, body, hair and anything else care the better! That’s what I recommend in my videos over and over again… along with a healthy diet of course
How often a day do you spray the ACV?
@Jere616 Once a day, even less for me now since I don’t have acne anymore. I recommend doing it right before a shower.
@acneerasingsecrets Thanks.
