"Dear Mike,
Your book
helped me understand my acne condition, the real causes behind it
and how to practically approach and tackle the condition from the
inside rather than relying on all kinds of chemicals and treatments
that I have used to treat the 'external' symptoms of my acne. For 2
years, I tried to treat my condition using over the counter
products, and my skin would just break out in itchy huge and ugly
rashes. It took some effort and persistence (your counseling service
is priceless by the way), but I finally can admit that I have
managed to overcome this affiliation for good. I am acne free
finally...and in less than 4 weeks into the program! Thank you for
making a difference!"

"Dear Mike,
Since my
teenage years, I was plagued with severe cystic acne. For almost 14
years I suffered from frequent and severe flare-ups. Like many other
acne sufferers, I assumed that acne was a "teenager's thing" so it
was obviously very frustrating when my acne only worsened with age -
despite my devotion to get rid of this problem, the constant
trips to the dermatologist and thousands of dollars spent on skin
care products.
After reading your "Acne No
More" book, I immediately felt confident and empowered to solve the
problem. Suddenly, there was a clear well structured plan to follow
that seemed so logical and promising as opposed to sitting back and
passively accepting my faith.
Even though Acne No More is not
a quick fix cure by any means, I have seen fantastic results in a
very short time. I started your step-by-step program on mid June
2007. By the end of July 2007 my skin was so soft, smooth, and acne
free, it felt like winning the lottery. I'd warmly recommend
the book to any man and woman afflicted with acne."

You have a tendency to form acne.
It is either hormonal or stress and other factors.
Try preventives such as microdermabrasion.

Good luck.
Me 2 and I am 28 which stinks. I just got a 10% glycolic acid face wash from my dermatologist from this phone # 1-877-ELEGANCE and also Differin which seems to be working. Use an oil controlling astringent like Neutogena Oil Controlling and see a dermatologist. May also want to take a hair, skin and nails mulitvitamin/supplement – look for something with Biotin.

Drinking a lot of water and eating healthy food also helps.
Use Proactive. I’ve been using it for a while, it works like magic.
You can try Arbonne’s Clear Advantage System. Find it here…

I’m 19 and I’ve had the same problem for a while now, i’ve used maybe 4 different combinations of prescriptions to treat it but i guess the older i get the less i break out. I heard taking Zinc is really good. I just started taking it last week. I decided to try it after reading in Men’s Health that it can be used to treat acne. I also read in a couple of reviews that it makes your skin feel softer.

ProActive is really good and so is KearAction available at Target (I also recommend washing with Cetaphil along with both products). If you are female and think it could be hormone related, birth control could be very helpful. I have not heard good feedback on OrthoTricycline even though it is touted to be for Acne. I’ve had better feedback on Aranelle or Tri-Norinyl. They are both low hormone dose. You could do some more research and talk it over with your doctor. I’ve heard alot of negativity with a RX call Accutane however so just stay informed.
Wishing us all some great, clear skin!!
first it depends on age and skin type. The best way is to wash your face as many times as you can with water only. Try to take steam twice daily and apply some ice on your face.

Wash your face daily and drink a lot of water…when I went to Afghanistan, the amount of water I drank went through the roof. Despite the fact that I would come back from missions soaked in sweat, I never had break out problems.
