Something that really helped me with a lot of my acne (like you, not all but the huge awful cysts are basically gone! yay!) is to use a combination of salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide – I’m 21 so the things that worked in high school don’t work anymore, and the combination is what helped me! Now just dealing with the scarring blech. Thanks for this video!

Can you put up after pictures without make up on? Cause in your before pics you dont have make up on, but you do in the after pics. So, I can get a real comparision.
after the 2 weeks that it cleared your skin, did you continue using the benzoyl peroxide treatment

I am having a HORRIBLE acne problem and break outs, My skin gets dried out from the products but i use them morning and night, when/how did you use the lotion?

i’m going to try it too. like you said about drinking lots of water is so key. also eating lots of fruits a veggies, less processed foods! fiber in my diet has helped me. i will not use cetaphil because it has given me break outs in the past. i’ll find something else. also, did you ever put Argain oil in ur hair? i do. it really makes it so silky soft, and i have very coarse, think, poofy hair.

Please write back!! Are you still doing this routine? Been doing proactiv for almost a year now and it keeps my acne at bay hardly..but I’m really thinking about doing this. Also, when you put the peroxide cream on does it dry fast and then you put moisturizer on? same with putting the argon oil at night…cuz you said you have to glob it on and it doesn’t sound like it it would dry that quick and soak into your skin..i’m kinda desperate, would love some more details.
